Write for us

We welcome considered contributions that help readers understand casino culture, games, venue language, leisure formats, or the history and representation of chance.

What makes a strong pitch

Propose one defined subject, explain the reader question it answers, and show the angle that makes it distinct from a general overview. A strong pitch separates established information from interpretation, avoids promotional claims, and does not promise gambling gains.

Useful contributions

We are interested in clear explainers, comparisons, cultural readings, and carefully scoped historical pieces. Keep claims proportionate, define specialist terms, and flag any relevant limitations or uncertainties.

Send a proposal

Send pitches through the Contact page and select the editorial question option. Include a working title, a short summary, and the category that seems closest to your subject. A proposal is not a guarantee of publication.
